Nouns with end stress in singular and plural

In this type of noun the stress in both singular and plural falls on the ending. There are relatively few frequently-used nouns which conform to this stress pattern. There are, however, a number of important nouns which conform in all but one or two cases.

Note that masculine nouns with this exact stress pattern predominantly have a –ник ending.
