The constitution is the fundamental law of the state and the corpus of its legal norms,
which differ from ordinary laws

and consolidate the principal foundations of the social and political order of the country,
its extant political system, form of government, the legal status of the individual,
the principles and procedures for the creation and functioning of the organs of power and government, their competences and organisation
and the principal foundations of the justice system, the electoral system etc.
